“I just flew into Hanoi and boy are my arms tired!” But seriously folks…Today we’re taking a vespa tour around the city and then going out to the countryside in an old Russian-built jeep which for reason I’m not quite sure, is part of the charm. Stay tuned!

Our first meal: Bun Cha. This dish was made instantly famous when Anthony Bourdain and Barack Obama had it here in Hanoi in 2016, making that Bun Cha restaurant a “must do” for visitors. This isn’t that place but this bun cha restaurant is nearby the hotel.
